Each day across the Blue Mountains you can find a group of runners enjoying some of Australia’s most beautiful running trails.

Monday 6:30am - Explora Co. Run - Leura Mall

Follow the trails through the rainforests of the Leura Cascades, then across the clifftop lookouts overlooking the Jamison Valley.

Tuesday 5:29am - Mountain Grind - Winmalee

Starting from the Mountain Grind Cafe' 1/383 Hawkesbury Road Winmalee.

The group loops around one of the most accessible and enjoyable running trails in the mid-mountains. The Blue Gum Swamp Trail includes a beautiful forest trail following a creek and one challenging climb.

Wednesday 5:29am Doubly Restricted Big Cat Hunt - Springwood

Starting from the IGA Carpark in Springwood, this run is a technical delight, following the rainforest trails crossing creeks and waterfalls.

Wednesday 7:30am Mocha Run - Wentworth Falls

Wednesday 6:30pm Blue Mountains Running Co. - Glenbrook

Social run and drinks from the Blue Mountains Running Co. shop with drinks at the 2773 Cafe on the return.

Thursday 5:29am Euphoric Run - Blaxland

Start and finish at Euphoric Coffee, 43A Old Bathurst Rd, Blaxland  

Friday 7:30am Icebergs Coffee Run - Leura

Meet in Car Park near Lily’s Pad Cafe, 19 Grose St., Leura,
